Home Instead is a great organization and my husband and I were very pleased with the service. Chelsey was able to get us setup quickly and had caregivers here to help us. I would just like to say. That Ashley my mother-in-laws advocate is such a caring soul. She visits Mary as often as she can. And Mary's helper Rachel is one of the sweetest people I know. My mother-in-law is very happy with Rachel. She is on time, and cares for Mary as if she is family. MY husband David,Mary's son is very satisfied with the program of Home Instead. Oh yeah Mary is 92.
My experience so far has been absolutely wonderful! From getting all the information and paperwork details to finding just the right caregiver for my Mom this have been a wonderful experience!!
Every single person we have dealt with at Home Instead has been exceptional! From Ashley Hardin, the care coordinator to Chelsea Costello, business coordinator, to Mary, the scheduler, to our sweet care giver, Wendy, we have been so blessed. They are so compassionate, and have helped give us a much needed respite for a few hours each day. After not knowing where to turn for quality and consistent home care, we hit the jackpot with Home Instead!
We are so blessed to have Michelle Lindsay helping to care for James S. Harper. She has been a wonderful blessing for hiim with her amazing happy disposition and beautiful smile brings joy and happiness to our home. She is always so kind and supportive in everything for James making him comfortable in helping him with all of his needs. Outstanding worker and representative for her employer ! The BEST!! We love Michelle being in our home!!
