These companies are not legally required to hire trained caregivers, and they only train people they hire how to work for their company and not in actual caregiving! Amber at home instead is amazing. She truely cares for her patients and makes there experience a great one. It is a pleasure to have her as a community partner.
Ashland Cooper is an outstanding caregiver, she is very good at helping me with my daily activities that otherwise I wouldn't be able to do on my own. Home Instead and Ashland have been with me since the day I came home from the nursing home. Home Instead is a great place to have your needs met, I would give 5 stars but the communication between the clients and the business could be a little better with the right practice. Otherwise I am very pleased with the caregiver I have and the company she works for

I called Home Instead to see about Home Care for my Parents. They were very kind and supportive of me and helped me find other services for my parents too. I was really nervous about this process since I work so much right now, but Home Instead always made the time. They even answer the question phone after hours. If it wasn’t for this service it would have been harder for me to get information. Thank you guys so much! You guys make a stressful situation seem manageable and I feel more confident about my choices.
