In the years I worked for Home Instead I watched to see how other nurses, can's and home health care treated the patients. I was always impressed with their caring attitude and the amount of experience they had. As an employee I was always treated with respect
I enjoyed working with all my persons, I just wish it paid a bit more and maybe a few perks, such as; an oil change, a new tire, not all the time, but yes, definitely need something added, it's a lot of wear and tear on vechicles
