Home Instead is a joke. Jakayla took me to the doctor and we got home at 1030. She was supposed to have been with me till 1 p.m. but she left at 10:30, an hour and a half before she was supposed to leave. I did not give her permission to leave. I needed her to get groceries for me and run some errands. Jakayla was more interested in looking a her cell phone than paying attention to me or what I said. I will not use Home Instead again.
I feel honored work for homeinstead because of my clients they make me feel special invited me to into their home to take care of them like they was my own family member
Our experience was not good to say the least. Tracy was not when she was with us. Always a complaint about how bad she was treated by the company. Came to worked the first day with the flu. Needless to say we sent her home.always needed to leave early !!!. Pray that you get someone competent.
I’ve had flexibility hours and comfortable shifts.
