We had a very positive and supportive experience with Home Instead Arlington when my in-laws required more care than was provided where they were and during a complicated move to a new facility. They worked diligently to schedule help while making every effort to provide the best match to my in-laws and their situation. We had a very positive experience with Home Instead in Arlington. They provided 24 hour assistance to my Mom when she was recovering from a fall. Their care pros were uniformly kind, patient and caring people. There were a few minor bumps with changes to their schedule rotation, but aside from that, we were very pleased and appreciative of the services.
Jackie and the Home Instead team were there for us. She met with me soon after my call to develop a care plan for my husband. The caregiver, who was with him during his last days in the hospital and then last days at home, was skilled, kind, and compassionate. The stress during his illness was relentless until Home Instead stepped in. In caring for my husband, they also cared for me. They were a lifeline.
We were very pleased with the Home Instead team that spent time with our mother when she went back to the retirement home after a hospitalization. Communications were excellent and all the carers were personable and sweet. Mom enjoyed their company and we felt secure knowing they were there.
