Unfortunately, the quality of this Home Instead office has gone downhill significantly since the previous manager left. There appears to be a complete lack of leadership and organization. Staff seem unsure of procedures, communication is inconsistent, and it often feels like no one truly knows what they are doing. What was once a well-run, reliable office, now feels chaotic and disorganized. Issues that should be handled quickly are either delayed or mishandled altogether. Very nice office staff, very informative and helpful. Only complaint id have would be the uniforms. Very unprofessional, looks like cleaners.
I work, raising 3 kids and my mom‘s caregiver Carrie at Home Instead is absolutely amazing and allows me to stay sane with everything going on in life! I am SO grateful for how she cares for my mom just like I would! Thank you a million times over!
