The absolute worst service I've ever encountered. I did home health and hospice for 7+ years! I'm disgusted by the "caregivers" and how they handled the situation. They treated the elderly patient terribly and would not listen to the power of attorney. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and can't follow simple directions. I caught them going through personal items as well! Fired them instantly. Go with HARMONY HOME HEALTH.

Home Instead provided care for both of my grandparents before their passing. The caregivers were amazing and my grandparents LOVED all of them like family. My grandma had Alzheimer's before her passing and the caregivers treated her with such respect and helped her feel dignified until her last day. I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone that is in need of care.

I do not recommend Home Instead. The staff are not trained to care for people with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. They can clean, but no assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, drinking, etc. Since 5/20 they have just cleaned and then sat on couch on their phones. They count the tv running in background as activities with the client. My mother has declined since they began providing care 1 month ago.
