This is our second summer using Home Instead for companions, and we have been extremely pleased with the service provided. Dana and Celeste (in the office) are always helpful and responsive; both are great to work with any time we've needed to modify the schedule or ask a question. Although every caregiver has been professional and caring, Alyssa has truly gone above and beyond. We would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead at Virginia Beach!
Home Instead has been a great organization to work with. Dana, Celeste, and Asja and Genesis in the office have worked closely with me finding the right caregivers and working out a challenging schedule. The caregivers we have, Marylynn and Vickie, really give my sister excellent personal support and companionship. Caregiving is hard and we are fortunate to have found Home Instead and these helpful employees.
