It’s an okay company, but they let go of the only caregiver who truly cared about my mother. Her name was Armonie, and she made my mom feel seen, safe, and respected. She moved my mom around in her wheelchair with ease, patience, and real compassion — something you can’t teach. My family still talks about her. We miss her deeply. I have used other senior services and this company although it doesn't rate last place it is in close competition with that. First of all my dad has dementia and doesn't do well with too many people. This company promised they could provide the same care giver for two days a week. After going thru six people two of whom fell asleep while supposedly caring for my dad, one of them did not know how to cook at all and was looking for microwavable food to give my dad.
