The Henderson Home Instead team is great! The office staff are all local people that truly try hard to work with each family they serve. The caregivers are a great group of people! I'm a home health therapist and I see several clients who also have Home Instead's services. I have had countless compliments from clients regarding the professional care Home Instead provides. They are family style, low pressure, dependable, and honest staff. I get asked frequently during therapy sessions who they should call regarding home care, I say Home Instead every time. I've never had a complaint regarding Home Instead in the last 7 yrs I've worked here.
I have known so many seniors that would have been in a nursing home if it wasn't for Home Instead keeping them safe and loved at home. I gave 5 stars only because I was not offered the option of a million stars for this group!!!
