it is a great company to work for and I like this particular franchise because the office staff really cares about the clients and the caregivers and they take good care of both. they do a great job of matching caregiver to clients. I have been a caregiver with 6 different franchises in 20 years and 10 months. I recommend HISC to all who ask. it is personal client is always first. I have been with Mount Vernon office for three years the staff work hard to match clients with a caregiver.
Excellent care provided to Seniors, as well as excellent leadership for employees
They don’t care about their employees. They charge $33 an hour per client and pay their employees $13-$14.50. No benefits, insurance, paid time off nothing.They say their mottoes, “To us it’s personal” is a joke. They don’t care. They up charge their clients and under pay their employees, but expect them to work 40+ hours a week, 12 hours a day.
