Home Instead did that exactly that for my father...they allowed him to be at home instead of going to an outside facility. I was highly impressed with all aspects of the company. The initial meeting with Maria, walked us through the process and developed a plan that fit our needs while also continually checked up on my father and the care givers to make sure all was well. Our family used Home Instead for the care of our Uncle Roy A. Unfortunately it ended up being for a very short period of time. But the relationship between the care givers and my uncle was heart warming to see. They treated Roy like he was one of their family member.
