Home instead has been a great help in keeping my mom at home, especially following her hospitalization and unexpected diagnosis’s. Easy to work with and adaptable to your needs. Everyone has been so helpful and easy to get along with. Forever thankful for them!
You can’t expect good service with clients if you don’t treat your employees with respect… I’ve witnessed and heard the roles. I’ve witnessed numerous caregivers quit, along with staff. You claim your main focus is clientele but what about the caregivers who PROVIDE that service. Tons of employees are working hard without a Recognition… working harder than before.
