I would not recommend this organization as senior care provider. My family was less than satisfied with the quality of care provided. The personnel are not trained professionals by any standards. The personnel were not able to provide suitable care on a daily basis. Our loved one was left in soiled undergarments. Personnel were not focused on nutritional needs, (cucumbers and onions are not an appropriate meal). Account reps making house visits were unfamiliar with the clients diagnosis.
