Our house was built in the 1940's, on pier/beam and is over 4600 square feet. The house was completely inspected, from the attic, which is in several sections, to the crawl space under the house. The air quality and infrared inspection bundle is a good deal. You can imagine the leaks in this old house. Sue is very professional and knowledgeable. The services are well priced. I recommend this business to all needing an home inspection, leak detection or their air quality checked. 5 star rating.

Worst inspector you can imagine. I just purchased my first home and have had problem after problem just two weeks in. She said the foundation was fine but had to fix piers and level ($2500) it was obvious she never looked under the house except for a spot it was easy to look under on just one back corner of house. We kept smelling a mildew smell and found significant water damage behind the appliances and underneath the cabinets. I'm still getting bids on that work so who knows what that will cost. I am very pleased with the service Susie provided for my home inspection. Since I don't live in Longview now, I needed to find someone I could trust to make sure they were diligent in discovering any issues with the home I was looking to buy.
