Could not be more pleased with our experience. David was so thorough, explained to us first time home buyers what he was seeing along the entire way, and sent back the report the same day. We are so glad to have found David and would definitely recommend his services!
David showed extreme care, patience, and was extremely thorough with his inspection! He took the time to help explain in person certain defects which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend David and his service to anyone looking to buy a home or anyone searching for an inspection in the area.
In my opinion the report I spent 650.00 for a thorough evaluation of a home I intended to purchase was the biggest waste. There were SO many obvious problems we discovered when we arrived, we actually had to cancel the deal. Unfortunately, every attempt at posting my pictures on this site have been removed. Shame on you!
David was very thorough and professional. He went over every detail with us and explained it so we could understand it. His report was detailed and organized. I would highly recommend him.
