Rick inspected our previous home and a home we looked at purchasing - he found water intrusion and foundation issues which wound up being the reason we didn’t proceed with the sale, saving us a lot of money.
Rick recently completed a home inspection for one of my buyers on very short notice. The deal was a one week closing (that took place between Christmas and New Years), and Rick dropped everything he was doing to make it happen. He did a great job pointing out all of the potential issues in a calm and understanding manner. I will definitely use his services again!
Rick Szeles is the best at finding nuances in a home inspection. He found issues the foundation that was not visible and saved us a lot of money.
After one week, a plumbing issue came up that should have been caught in the home inspection. There have been several plumbing, electrical, and overall issues that weren’t caught during the homie inspection. Nice guy.
