My husband and I really appreciate Lee for providing such a thorough inspection. His expertise and professionalism, especially the way he explained his process and findings, was so helpful. He made the information accessible for new homebuyers like us and took such care with all our questions. Buying a home is so stressful. We're so glad that he was a part of the process!
We have been impressed with Lee's professionalism and his care in exploring and identifying the source of a home integrity issue. We had some mold and rot on the base of our drywall and the end of some subfloor boards, and he took the time to rule out any possible causes. Lee also does an excellent job of explaining his thought process as he does the inspection. Please consider Lee for your home inspections.

Lee did such an outstanding, detailed, thorough inspection and report it particularly impressed my sister who has a master’s degree in architecture. The report also helped me do a cost analysis of what I would need to invest in the fixer upper I was hoping to purchase and was vital to a successful fix and sell. Lee caught every possible flaw. I wouldn’t consider ever using any other home inspector.
