Don did an amazing job during my inspection. He was prompt and courteous during the entire process. He talked to me in laymen terms and explained everything in detailed to me. He is knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you are totally aware of issues, no matter if minor or major. His report is detailed with color pictures. Don is the best home inspector I've ever met. This is not an exaggeration. My background is in engineering (Eng. Sci &Mech., PhD), and I've purchased several homes in my life, and every previous inspection service was disappointing and mediocre- the big-name franchise services were the worst. I have been in the mortgage business for almost 30 years and have referred numerous clients to Don and they all give him 5 stars!! They love how he inspects the homes as if he was going to be the owner!!! I highly recommend him as a home inspector!!
Don has done several home inspections for me and done a great job. Several times his years of experience really paid off for me when he pointed out items that everyone else (including electricians and plumbers) had missed. He is a seasoned, very experienced professional and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough inspection of a home.
