Rob is the best, I have known him for 7+ years and is VERY detailed on his inspections. he takes the time to test everything, including appliances, outlets, etc. I like his thoroughness, and the fact that he not only tells you what is not working/needs to be code compliant, but he also has offers suggestions to fix potential issues.. He also takes the time to answer questions from his customers.
