Austin came out this morning and was able to cover the hole and temporarily keep things from getting worse while we start the insurance claim process. Ugh. I needed an estimate on my roof repair and I was lucky enough to have David. He did a great job managing our roof replacement as my point person! He was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and punctual! He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease to use Chimneys Restoration & Roofing Service LLC. Receptionist is the worst. She struggled to give basic info about services and book an appt on the correct day. Today they were supposed to come at 10am, it's now 3pm and no one ever showed. I just called to find out what's going on- the same receptionist picked up- she had me booked for a chimney cleaning when I actually booked for basement insulation. No explanation for the no show. What a waste of my time.
