I had to use them because of the home warranty. They were booked and it didn't look promising today. They worked me in. Sure, they got here later than they anticipated, BUT ----- SO SO SO THANKFUL FOR THEM!!!! He phoned a friend in the company who had BOTH PARTS we NEEDED!!!!!!!! He was 30 mins away, so he came and they hammered out a fix. Our service call window was 4-6pm. It's now 8:56pm and still have yet to see a tech! No heat with small children in 12 degree weather is great! Poor communication; would never recommend.
