This program has been extremely helpful. The home-helper that we have Kathy Jesse is extremely detailed in her duties, whether it’s household chores or personal care. I believe that she truly cares about her clients. The administrative staff has alas been accommodating when I had circumstances arise and needed coverage at my home other than the assigned days. Gina, the supervisor stops by periodically to see if there are changes needed and to also access the quality of care.
