I've worked as a caregiver for Home Helpers of Middle Tennessee for two years now and have really enjoyed it. The pay is the best in the area, and management is very supportive. We are not obligated to accept or stay on with any assignment at which we're not comfortable. Management is great on communications, and hours are flexible. Our pay is direct deposited, and weekly schedules are sent 3 days in advance by email. I'm proud to work for this company and really feel like we provide exceptional care.
