When my husband came home from the hospital, I didn't think I needed or could use a home helper. How wrong I was & I'm so glad I decided to give them a try! Working with Home Helpers and their staff is a delightful experience. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and cheerful. I feel comfortable with the office staff, knowing they will do whatever they can to see that my needs and my family needs are taken care of. If I need to have a substitute caregiver, they accompany her to the house and introduce her to the family so that we all feel comfortable. Home Helpers has done a great job taking my elderly mother to doctor appointments when I can’t make it. That includes some complicated instructions for getting into and out of the house, and walking her out step-by-step. One time, the doctor ordered tests at the ER, and they kindly took her there, unplanned, until I could get there to take over! Really excellent service!
