I had the most exceptional experience. Although, my family were not able to use Home Helpers Home Care of Mineola, my concerns were lessened by the empathy and politeness offered by Sherry. She was able to guide me to another agencies that was better suited to assist my family and I. She took the time to email me possible resources we have tapped into as we care for my Mom. Worked in this company for over a year and I truly enjoyed it. My supervisor was supportive, understanding and caring. She was always helpful when I asked for suggestions and advice. Communication with the staff was always positive and helpful. I truly enjoyed working with the clients,,from communicating about their life stories, watching their shows to taking them to their appointments and going for walks in the community.

I am happy to have Home Helpers Home Care (HRH NY LLC) as the in-home care provider for my grandmother. 2 years ago our family was exhausted and after meeting with a few agencies Sherry and Carol were fantastic with explaining the best way they can be an extension to us. We are happy to have them and the peace it has given us having caregivers with my grandmother giving her the ability to live in her own home with people who care for her with kindness and love.
