Mia helped Pat and I in many ways. She was reliable and punctual. I felt totally comfortable in leaving him in her care. She would feed him lunch and help him from his lounge chair and into bed for his nap. Mia helped me with orders on my tablet, went grocery shopping for me when needed. As mentioned before she was very knowledgeable about tips on shops, restaurants, home care and tech stuff. We talked about our families and enjoyed our conversations.

I would like to commend Holly McKnight for seeing every detail that needs to be done to clean the room I am in and do it so completely. On Monday, Wednesday and fridays holly cleans the floors making sure there is not a crumb or dog hair left. Everything in our room is dusted including bookshelves, pictures etc. Holly is always on time not even a minute late. It gives me a feeling of great security. Megan has been an absolute blessing in my grandma and I’s lives. She is passionate, patient and so truly empathetic. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for our lives. I’ve never met someone who works as hard as Megan.
