I've been working for Home Helpers of Lancaster for several months now, and it is by far the best job I've ever had. The scheduler is fantastic. The management is kind and understanding. I've never been as satisfied working anywhere in my life. Overall, we as millennials don't accept abuse as a management tactic and Home Helpers of Lancaster understands that completely. Home Helpers and Direct Link are amazing. They have helped us in a variety of ways! We have used them when I was away and needed someone to help Carol. I never had to worry about her when I was gone. If there was a problem, they took care of it and kept me up to date until I got back. Then I needed them when she came home from the hospital. They were so professional and really caring--not just doing a job, but caring.
