We have had Home Helpers take care of many things for my folks for the last 7 years. It's amazing what Harriet, Vernice and Diane could get done in just a 2 hour shift. With the Corona virus we are down to just one 2 hour shift a week but boy, can Diane move! She does laundry, replaces batteries, lightbulbs, runs errands, and most importantly is so patient, kind and always cheerful. She even notices "extra" things and offers to do them. Brian and Dominica Davis, the owners of Home Helpers, took the time to make sure my parents had the best caregivers. I could call home helpers at anytime and they would help with a schedule that needed to be changed and when we needed overnight care with only a notice of three hours. The entire team, office staff and caregivers are absolutely the best and I highly recommend Home Helpers to care for your loved ones.

Yesenia taking food and water bottles from our house is one thing. When she comes late and then throws an apple on our front lawn as she leaves was very disrespectful and action should be taken.
We used Homehelpers for several years for my mother. They did their best to provide the best helpers they could find for 24 hour care. They spoke English which was important. A great thing they offer as opposed to other companies is that the owners are local and Mary is a nurse. This meant that my mother and I or the caregiver could always contact them for help and they would respond or come over. I would highly recommend this company .
Home Helpers caregivers helped my mother for a few years and worked very hard to place her with the appropriate caregivers and customize a plan to her ever changing needs. The office and RN are very professional and very helpful. Available around the clock and always staying on top of their caregivers and clients by checking in. It is not easy for a senior to accept that they need help and lose independency. But Home Helpers works to make that transition a little bit easier for the client and family.
