I thought this was a nice Home Care Agency, but the Manager “Keith” seemed to be offended for NO REASON, and had a problem even explaining what Services they provide!! Obviously he did not want my business. I did NOTHING to this man;
Home Helpers provided care, comfort and friendship to mom for a lengthy illness. I highly recommend their service and have been very happy with them. Complete, solid 5 stars out of stars. David Hampton VA
The aides that were sent to my house were rude and inconsistent, and the owners of the Hampton Home Helpers are unprofessional and clearly inexperienced in running a business. The aides are very comfortable with taking extra money from their clients in the form of excessive mileage charges and extremely expensive meals. The owners refuse look into these charges when they are brought to their attention. The aides have shown up to work as late as 30 minutes, or even 2 hours past their shift start time, with no communication as... read more

The owner was extremely rude when answering the phone. Kent was extremely unprofessional and was not at all helpful. Will be using another agency that is able and willing to provide some information about the services they provide.
