From the first visit it was evident that we made the right home care choice. Provider Kris is outstanding, hard working,i nnovative and, bottom line, truly caring.
We used Home Helpers to support my mom while she was getting up to full strength after a hospital visit. This company is so incredible and I'm so thankful for them. They came to the hospital before she was discharged for the intake process and from the first moment, we knew we had made the right decision. All of the helpers were very kind and did a great job of making my mom feel safe and supported during her recovery. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Home Helpers has been a REAL Godsend! They are flexible for our scheduling needs. They are timely (fast response) and always on time or earlier. Their caregivers are excellent (especially Porchia)! They are all well trained, confident, capable and willing to do the difficult stuff. I give them my highest regard!
We had multiple bad experiences w the sitters provided by Home Helpers caring for our mother in home hospice. One locked herself out of the house taking a (smoking?) break in the middle of the night. Another failed to hear our mom ringing her bell for assistance because she had ear pods in while on looking at her phone. Luckily my husband was upstairs working and came down after the bell ringing continued. Highly recommend! Excellent personal care, dependable and professional. My sister and I needed help caring for our Mom as she progressed into the final stages of dementia in 2021. We both had full time jobs/family and needed someone with mom at night. Home Helpers was highly recommended to me from several previous clients in the Greer area.
