We hired Home Helpers for Mother and Daddy to transport to doctors appointments and others places such as grocery store and beauty shop. The ladies were just like family and Mother and Daddy looked forward to seeing them and their weekly lunches at the Clock. When Daddy passed Home Helpers sat with the family because that’s what they were. Later they returned to care for Mother and she thought of them as “her girls”. Chose Home Helpers when needed to bring support in for our mother. We have been using them for 3 years and choosing them was the best decision we made. Not only do the ladies make sure our mother eats correctly, takes her meds, etc., but they read the paper to her, sit and have conversations, and many other little things that make a difference.
