We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Home Helpers. Our first contact was Bernadette, the nurse care manager. She came to the hospital to meet our mom and then spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. When our mom came home from the hospital they had coverage ready for us right away. I was very nervous about hiring caregivers for my mother. From the very 1st phone call with Home Helpers of Bucks County, I felt that I was dealing with a professional and caring organization. From the care coordinator to the caregiver supervisor to the scheduler to the caregivers, everyone has been very kind, caring and understanding. I had an immediate need to get in-home support established for my mom. From the first phone call, I felt heard and supported as I navigated through this first experience for our family. Mandy was amazing, reassuring and quick to make a plan. Within a day Arleen set up a caregiver and then Marissa took over responding to questions and fine tuning the 24/7 live-in care.
