Nova Leap Home Health has been caring for my 97 year old mother on evenings from after supper to bed time for about three months. The office staff in Holyoke have been excellent to interact with. They started with a very thorough assessment interview followed by a very detailed care plan, which is considered a work in process. Our father died a few weeks ago at age 102. For more than 5 years Home Health Solutions (now Nova Leap Home Health Holyoke) provided professional, warm, consistent care. Dad broke his hip in March 2020 just as Covid hit, and we were terrified to need acute eldercare during a pandemic. The best phone call we ever made was to HHS. The management team (Sharon, Jen, Cassy) counseled and consoled us, and assigned Alfredo to help Dad with his activities of daily living.
