All of the Nova Leap home caregivers gave our 96 y.o. mom the most professional, kind attentive, and wonderful care. She and our family are grateful that we could trust them with her home health needs, and the program administrators were immediately responsive with our questions and considerations.
Our father died a few weeks ago at age 102. For more than 5 years Home Health Solutions (now Nova Leap Home Health Holyoke) provided professional, warm, consistent care. Dad broke his hip in March 2020 just as Covid hit, and we were terrified to need acute eldercare during a pandemic. The best phone call we ever made was to HHS. The management team (Sharon, Jen, Cassy) counseled and consoled us, and assigned Alfredo to help Dad with his activities of daily living. Home Health Solutions has been caring for my mother full time for a few years. The staff is extremely dependable - never a day that my mother has gone without caregiving. The caregivers are well trained. The staff is awesome and have excellent follow-through. I highly recommend Home Health Solutions. If I could, I would give this company 10 stars.
