Amanda makes the process quick and efficient Assisting me through The jungle we think of as Medicare documentation. If for some reason they cannot provide service to a patient due to their insurance benefits, they are kind enough to find another home health care that will be able to provide the services. I work in orthopedic surgery and Home Health Professionals is our go to company for Home Health physical therapy. Their therapists maintain good contact with our clinic and send us timely plans of care. The representative from the company, Lyndzi, is very courteous and respectful of our time in clinic. If anything needs to be expedited she is on top of the situation on the same day we need it. Overall very impressed with Home Health Professionals.
