Do not and I mean DO NOT use this service. I tried this service for one day. My wife was bed ridden, this was discussed before signing with service. The lady that was tasked with caring for my wife did a bad job of cleaning my wife. She let poop fall on floor and stated I’m not cleaning that up. She made the mess. I had clean up mess and direct her to areas on wife that she didn’t clean. This lady was aware of the care needed and failed the necessary care. Lady did not show next day. Lisa and her team are great. They spend a lot of time and energy focusing on how to provide the best care possible for their clients. If you live in the Dallas or the greater Dallas area, I would recommend you call them to discuss you home care needs so your loved ones can age-in-place safely at home.
This is the worst company to work for , they are very unprofessional and money hungry they don't care about there clients or the people that work for their company.They put life insurance on their workers so they can collect off them insurance policys , they don't care about nothing but a dollar .Please stay away from HHC.
I have been here a while . I love my job.
