Do not and I mean DO NOT use this service. I tried this service for one day. My wife was bed ridden, this was discussed before signing with service. The lady that was tasked with caring for my wife did a bad job of cleaning my wife. She let poop fall on floor and stated I’m not cleaning that up. She made the mess. I had clean up mess and direct her to areas on wife that she didn’t clean. This lady was aware of the care needed and failed the necessary care. Lady did not show next day.
