This review is for the NYU Langone Home Health Care located at 1415 Kellum Place in Garden City. I am not sure if this is the same business, just relocated, but I was unable to find that branch on the map, so I am leaving my review here. I recently had a hip replacement surgery, and Donna Goldman was assigned as my visiting physical therapist during my recovery. I would give them a zero. These are a bunch of inconsistent, unreliable people, constanl cancelling and lying. Thank God I am an RN myself and was able to remove my dressing from knee surgery myself. What a shame thay NYU has such horrible services.
Over the past 5 years we have had to use NYU Langone Health Home Care quite a few times for some very serious issues and each and every time we have received outstanding service by the Care Team (Nurse and PT). From wound care to post/op health care, balance and stamina exercises for daily tasks; these dedicated professionals have been knowledgeable, compassionate and thoroughly professional. i CALLED ON tHuRS 1/6/2022 AT 315 PM to ask a question .I made 5-6 calls one right after the other rude personnel they are there one minute ,call back ans leave message by my 6th call I just said they are rude disgusting . I am 85 yrs old . THIS IS A AGENCY THAT IS SPPOSE TO HELP YOU. RNs, don’t let the name of this company fool you. They will abuse you. They will blow your phone daily multiple times a day; They will demand you use your home WiFi to transfer patient information from their laptop. They will email you patient information that includes social security to your personal cellphone with the excuse that they sent it to your NYU email (you are still opening patient information ON YOUR PERSONAL CELLPHONE.
