We had a great experience with Josh. We found him through his YouTube channel, which really helped us a lot! You can really tell how much he loves this market. He was really patient and played the long game and took us on three different home tours over the course of 18 months before we made our final purchase. We highly recommend Josh and encourage everyone considering a move to Granbury to subscribe to his YouTube channel, which he constantly posts new content to on a weekly basis.
