Brett Reichert is an absolute gem and can't recommend him as a realtor enough. He not only helped us purchase our first home, but took the time to explain, in great detail, the process itself, what we should look out for, and the features of every home we visited. **** update. The house that the realtor told us not to bother bidding on without conditions and tgat it was definately going to sell for in the high 6's and 7s that weekend (I told her the comparable were not selling in that range) sold WITH CONDITIONS and for $640K after 2 weeks. So that was the best offer they got and I bet the realtor and owners were pretty darn humbled when they went through those bids to see how absolutely wrong the realtor was in the end. Makes me wonder how many people walked out after being judged an... read more
