On Thursday, August 28, your agent, Shikeeb Rahmaty, violated my expectation of privacy within my home. I had explicitly stated that I do not consent to any form of recording, yet this request was ignored. I consider this conduct to be highly unprofessional and believe it constitutes a breach of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) rules. Brett Reichert is an absolute gem and can't recommend him as a realtor enough. He not only helped us purchase our first home, but took the time to explain, in great detail, the process itself, what we should look out for, and the features of every home we visited.
