I ordered 4 boxes to be shipped to my home as I am out of state. After several days of confusion between the store and the warehouse, I ended up with two boxes after they were shipped to the store, not my residence. After finally getting the 2 boxes, one had 12 of the 20 pieces damaged. These guys are the real deal! I had two small bedrooms to put floors in and had been given quotes from other guys for sheet vinyl for almost $4000 after putting in a sub-floor and with installation. He got it done exactly on schedule. We exceeded his estimate slightly because my unit was totally cluttered (other projects in work) when he was taking initial measurements.
