Home First Home Health is FANTASTIC! I can’t say more good things about their care, professionalism, and empathy they have towards me. My nurse, Deby is phenomenal at getting what I need and prioritizes so well. SHE IS THE BEST NURSE! The supervisor, Beth goes out of her way to get me PRN visits in case I need them and assists the staff to help them be more effective in the field. I absolutely LOVE all the staff at Home First. From intake, Nicole to Gina, who gets me everything I need, they are great at getting things together to keep me in optimal health . My nurses, Deby, Destiny, and Beth, the nursing supervisor are fantastic and very knowledgeable and caring. I can’t say enough about Jason in physical therapy. He is such a wonderful person and so thoughtful and kind. He actually took the time to bring me a rollator type walker that he brought over on a Sunday, his day off. Just finished my final session with Blake after my total knee replacement surgery in September. He pushed me when I didn't think I could go. He not only is smart, he's funny and friendly. I feel like I gained a great friend. He's extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Thank you!
Leah is a excellent physical therapist. Always on time and very helpful and pleasant!
UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Staff operating, as if, without a standard of procedures. Aggressively, making multiple calls like ambulance chasers. One behind the other trying to force you into contact even after they have left messages. Let me return the call. Don't inundated me and beat me into submission with annoying back to back calls.
