Good job. Replaced the entire roof. Fixed all the deficiencies.
Home Exteriors really came through! Initially I just called for an estimate. Yet because of their prompt response and what appeared to be a genuine concern for our roof, we used them to replace our roof. Leo was my direct contact and never lead me astray with any of my questions or concerns. His customer service is out of this World. Leo and his team did a great job. The estimate was excellent given the amount of work to replace the roof. The work was done in two days and the clean up was pristine. The flashing work on the chimneys took a full day and was done to perfection.
We had a great experience getting our roof replaced with Leo and his team! They were super professional and hardworking. They finished the whole job in a day and a half. The roof looks perfect and the cleanup was great. We also had them do our chimney and are hoping they can help us with a few more projects!
I never leave bad reviews but this company did us a major disservice. We had our roof done in 2021. They did a great job on the roof and we’re happy with it. However , it became time for us (in 2023) to list our home. They had never closed the permit on our roof. I contacted my contact who we worked with throughout the process and he said he’d take care of it. I checked in twice and he said all set.
