We are in the midst of a very unfortunate situation. We had our roof done in 2023. Renato and team did a great job on the roof and we’re happy with it. However, we just realized that the permit was not closed properly. I contacted Renato who we worked with throughout the process and he said he’d take care of it. We had our roof done in Fairfield CT by Home Exteriors LLC, and we couldn’t be happier! Cassandra was lovely to deal with, and they handled everything seamlessly!!! The pricing was easy and fair, and the worksite was cleaned up perfectly!!!
We had our roof replaced a few years back, and they did an awesome job. I love the warranty they gave me, and the fact that they will come out if there is an issue with no hassles is a plus. They are professional, prompt, and timely when responding. Can't complain about that. Thanks for everything!
