I found HomeEnergy Saving Solutions (HESS) on the Pepco website. I was installing a new HVAC system and wanted to have my home inspected for energy efficiency. Mohammed inspected the home and tested it for air leaks. After air sealing and additional insulation in the attic he retested and we had a 19% reduction in air leaks. He also determined that the heat pump that we were installing qualified for a rebate from Pepco. He saved us a good bit of money. Mohammed was a pleasure to work with. He did an extremely thorough review of our house and did a great job explaining it in terms that made sense to us.
