I had a very bad experience with Jorge Martin from Home Encounter. He was the realtor of an apartment I rented for 2 years in Miami. The apartment was at a very high end building in Downtown and the rent was $1925 a month. There were many things that didn't work; for example the dryer, that took more than 3 hours to dry clothes each time and threw all of the heat inside the apartment because the exit pipes were absolutely clogged.
