HDI and Rebecca were awesome to work with from initial offer through closing. Always great communication from Rebecca with any question or concern we had. We had some ups and downs throughout the process, but HDI and Rebecca were patient and worked with my wife and I until we were able to get to the closing table! Rebecca was very patient and professional while dealing with us and our agent. In all we had to put in several contracts on a number of homes in Melton Meadows due to issues with selling our prior home. We toured at least four homes and several of them multiple times to get measurements for our belongings. Being experienced prior home builders, we knew what we wanted in our new home and definitely put Rebecca and our agent through the grinder but they both came through for us.
