Neighborhood from hell! HDI still runs HOA BOARD and refuses to use their powers, correction (page 23 9.25) "nuisance clause" harassment clause to address issues of 12 day (now 3 weeks) 4 restraining order request later after calling names and literally causing someone fighting for their life a nervous breakdown then proceeded to video it) THE SAME PEOPLE, CONSTANTLY OUTSIDE AT END OF STREET. The house quality is OK, better than other builders by far lower than high end builders. Once, we moved in we found a lot of drywall mudding quality issues where seams are easily seen. Had a lot of flooding issues in back yard that was found on inspection and they blew off at the time. Took out my Karen to get it fixed. They were responsive with our weird electrical issue immediately, but to get the sub contractor out here was a much longer wait than expected. Neighborhood from hell!
