People were courteous and friendly, I was picking up a vanity and a faucet for a friend. After they found the paper work, they had the items out promptly, handed me a box with the faucet and opened the crate with the vanity to allow me to inspect. I saw no flaws. I brought the items home and upon opening the box with the faucet i found a part missing.
