The service was well executed, YuChen was extremely professional and prompt with your inquiries. He called me and went through all the details and pricing for my requested duct cleaning services + dryer vent + sanitizing duct cleaning and furnace cleaning. He was transparent and they did a wonderful job. For a 2500-3000 square feet house it took them about 2.5-3 hours. They protected the corners of my baseboards, they were both very polite. These guys did a great job. They spent almost 2 hours on my back split duct cleaning. From the salesman Greg figuring out my difficult scheduling needs to the actual service. Power and his other technician performed perfectly. Clean careful work and they are friendly and professional.
I was impressed with the thorough cleaning of the air ducts, the efficiency with which the huge hoses were brought in & the value received. I will recommend Home Depot’s Steam Dry Co. to all.
