Moved all my furniture and took the day off to have my carpet installed, but....oops we can't find your carpet. When we find it we'll call and reschedule. You've got to be kidding me.

After finding out that Craftsman tools are now made in China I headed over to Home Depot to find a pair of Made In USA snap ring pliers and guess what, they had them 927 by Chanel Locks. They will be my first choice for tools now that Craftsman is cheap Chinese junk.
Best customer service experience I've had in awhile. I came in looking for a hammock that online said you had. Robert in gardening came to assist me, he looked inside and out and in the back, checking in with me every so often. Unfortunately you didn't have it after all, Robert called the next closest HD and had them hold it at the customer service desk for me. Thanks Robert for your help with a smile :-)
My husband is a veteran of the Vietnam war. He wasn't aware until someone told him that Home Depot offers Veterans a 10% discount. He was very grateful but when he told the Cashier that he was a veteran and showed his Veterans card he was refused because he was not service connected. I do appreciate those Veterans that were injured and walked away with service related issues but I was disappointed that they were the only veterans honored.
