بالآونة الأخيرة، ع آخر زيارتين كآن التعامل غير لآئق بالمره، بوجود موظف و موظفات غير نزيهين هذا أمر جداً يضرب بسمعة العيادة! والمحصلة التعامل غير متگافؤ و انعدام الصدق والنزاهة من حيث الاسعار والاتفاق! كان من المقرر لي هو دفع مبلغ $600 دولار لقاء تلقي خدمة كرآونات اثنين و حشوة جدا بسيطة ما كلفت ثلاثين ثانيه وتنظيف للاسنان والي هو ياتي مجانا بعد العلاج. و فعليا بالاتفاق مع موظفة محترمة سابقة تدعى (ج) تم التنازل عن قيمة الحشوة بعد تقديم ديسكاونت كوني مراجعة بكثرة لديهم، كان الموظفة المحترمة (ج) ثبتت سحب بمبلغ $840من كارت معين، ... read more

اختنا العزيزه احنا نعتذر عن سوء الفهم اللي صار اسفين احنا دائما ننطي الحق للمراجع او المريض بالنسبه للمبلغ لايوجد احد ينكر وجود هذا المبلغ ! وبالمناسبه هذا المبلغ رجع اصلا الى الكارد اللي استخدمتي بالبدايه لدفع المبلغ بعد خروجك من العياده بنص ساعه احنا مناكل حق احد نهائيا . لا صارت ولا راح تصير .... نقطه بالمناسبه شلون التنظيف اللي سويناه اليوم اللي كان بدون مقابل ؟ بس لان صار سوء تفاهم بينك وبين الموظفه واللي هذا يعز علينا اتمنى تكونون منصفين ويه الدكتور اللي دائما يساعد الجاليه تحياتنا لحضرتك الدكتور حسين العبيدي
