I purchased $1500 worth of furniture on July 17 from the Syracuse store and have yet to have any type of confirmation that my products have been shipped or some kind of an update. I have called corporate who then gives ke an automated response to text number in which they never reply to any of my texts anyways. I even went out of my way to call the Pittsburgh store who said they would escalate the situation but have still not heard back from them (this was 2 weeks ago). They are the worst furniture store that I ever tried to buy from. Don’t ever shop there.
****This place is horrible.****** Take your business somewhere else. We ordered furniture August 31st and still haven’t received it. They say our furniture was moved to another HUB do you the hurricanes. Then when I call to check on the status they say they will know something Thursday or Friday. When I call Thursday or Friday they tell you they will know something Monday or Tuesday. This has gone on for weeks.
