We asked for the curtains to be installed a specific way. They were installed incorrectly, and when we pointed it out, he said he was never told- despite us explaining it beforehand. Instead of resolving it professionally, he argued with us. He said he would came back to fix the mistake and told us not to call him, that he would reach out to schedule the return. He never contacted us again and never came back to fix the issue.
