Purchased a large Mirror. Their loaders broke it and blamed us for it. Management refused to help us repair it, after repeated requests for help - Management was rude and did not care we had purchased several thousands of $ before this. The whole situation was exhausting and terrible. Buyer be aware!
Poor customer service when representing the consignment customer. Movers damaged my furniture. Communication from establishment very convoluted. Final sale was not as expected. I felt the sales person was not looking out for my interest as the "go between" in my consignment transaction! I had a much better experience consigning furniture with "Bygones" here in San Antonio...all I can say is,"SELLER BEWARE!"
Ive stop in whenever I am in the area! sometimes I find nothing but sometimes I find alot of interesting pieces, I have bought quite a bit if stuff from them. It's my go to place when I am looking for something special!
Stopped in this past weekend after finding out about place. Sales staff were very friendly & informative. While we didn't find what we were looking for this time around - will definitely be back.
